Deposit: A deposit equivalent to the first night's room rate will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation.
Confirmation: The Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center will send an email confirmation of your reservation within 30 minutes of being processed if email address is provided. By special request only, acknowledgements can also be faxed same day or sent by mail within 24 hours of processing, unless over the weekend or a holiday, in which it will be sent out the next business day. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact the hotel’s reservation call center at 407-586-2000 from 8AM to 10PM EST.
Changes and Cancellations: Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s room and tax charged to your credit card. Name changes received after the group’s cut-off date (January 26, 2012) will be considered “cancelled/replaced" new reservations and accepted based upon availability. To make a name change or date change, contact the hotel’s reservation call center at 407-586-2000 from 8AM to 10PM Eastern Standard Time. Please note that date changes are subject to hotel availability. If an attendee does not check in on their scheduled arrival date Gaylord Palms reserves the right to retain the room in hotel inventory for the remainder of the guest’s stay. Reservations can only be reinstated with the approval of the Front Office Team based upon availability.
