Registration includes admission to all scheduled sessions, meals and receptions, the onsite Conference Program Guide, list of attendees, access to online networking service, conference proceedings, and RFA’s Annual Industry Outlook. Payment must be made in full at time of onsite check-in.
RFA Member Discount: RFA Members are once again eligible to register at a reduced rate. The discount will be applied automatically for companies whose membership is in good standing and retroactively for new members whose application and payment are received on or before January 27, 2010. Cancellation Policy: Requests for a registration refund must be submitted in writing. A service charge of $100.00 will be applied to all registration refund requests. No refunds will be granted after January 27, 2010.
