Cancellation Policy:
Requests for a refund must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. An administrative fee of $100 will be applied to all registration refund requests. Cancellations within 60 days will receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received after February 2, 2026. Substitutions are welcome and must be requested in writing to [email protected].
Consent to Record:
By participating in the Event, you hereby consent that that your name, photograph, voice, biographical information and likeness (collectively, “Images”) may be used in Association publications and on social media sites without compensation and without additional notice. This consent to use Images includes but is not limited to photo, video, streaming and audio captured by Association staff and/or professional service providers hired by the Association.
